Arathi Luciana

Founder & Managing Trustee

Arathi Luciana is on a mission with great passion to reshape and rebuild the lives of children and adults who have experienced traumatic/stressful situations and tragedies.  Trained in Rescue and Recovery, she has a unique 20-year background in communications, leadership, project management, and strategic risk planning which helps her evaluate and plan appropriately for the victim’s recovery and rehabilitation.

Educational qualifications include (MSW – KSOU), MA Counseling, and BA Sociology.

Previously worked with prestigious organizations like HealthScribe Inc., Dell International, and Bangalore City Police – Parihar

She is currently overseeing the overall functioning of Saviors of Souls with the help of full-time and part-time staff as well as volunteers.

Subramanian P

Co-Founder & Trustee

Subramanian P is an excellent team player.  He is frequently quoted because he leads by example, always doing his best, and encouraging every team member to do the same. While easygoing by nature, no one doubts his authority – he is direct and decisive when he needs to be.  He is respected and recognized for maintaining composure in all circumstances, unconventional perspectives, and the depth of his “real world” executive experiences.

Educational qualifications – (MBA HR) and BSc Computer Since & BBM.

He presently works with Renesas Electronics Corporation, a Japanese semiconductor manufacturer headquartered in Tokyo, as Manager HR & Admin.

Joseph Shyn

Advisory Board Member

Joseph Shyn born in ‘Gods Own Country’ Palakkad, Kerala; the place where it all started. Being the youngest sibling to three older sisters makes him very compassionate towards womankind and any issue related to them. An avid Biker (owning a Royal Enfield Bullet) on which he made a remarkable journey in May 2018 K to K (Kochi to Kashmir and back).

He has a Masters Degree in Biomedical Genetics with a 6-year long research at Coimbatore through scholarship. Been associated with Saviors of Souls since 2014 and has contributed his time, effort, and ideas as needed. He has a contagious enthusiasm and passionate belief in people that inspires them to become prouder, stronger, and more valuable contributors to what he puts them up to.

Shalini Saraswathi

Advisory Board Member

Shalini Saraswathi an urban legend, 37 years old blade runner, adventure enthusiast, marathoner, public speaker, and Deputy General Manager at Firstsource Solutions.

2012, Shalini was returning from a vacation in Cambodia, when a fever changed her life. What began as a mild illness turned out to be Rickettsial with morts, a rare bacterial infection. In the months that followed, she lost her baby, survived multiple organ failure, and slipped into a coma. Four days later, she awoke to unresponsive limbs. Shalini went on to lose all four of her limbs, becoming a quadruple amputee. The next few months were spent in the journey of self-rediscovery, learning to redefine the rhythms and routines of everyday life.

Besides running and her full-time corporate job, Shalini is an avid blogger at soulsurvivedintact.blogspot.com. In the last few years, she has addressed audiences at a host of corporates including Walmart, Biocon, TESCO, and RR Donnelly. On top of it all, she also advocates for the inclusion of Persons with Disability (PwDs) on various platforms. She is an Ambassador for Adventures Beyond Barriers Foundation, a non-profit promoting inclusion of PwDs through the platform of adventure sports, and is involved with Saviors of Souls as well as Gender-Based Violence.

She is the recipient of the Kairali – People TV Jwala Award 2017

Emmanuel L Naik

Advisory Board Member

Emmanuel L Naik is an entrepreneur with the dream of empowering and transforming millions of lives; with this vision he started “Pursuit Culture.” They work with individuals who need help to re-build, re-shape, and re-work their lives.

He is an architect by profession and thus very well understands the need for an approved blueprint plan before construction.  In the similar manner, he has found purpose and passion to help young individuals who seek his help to re-design the blueprint of their lives.  He helps create a paradigm shift of thought processes that in turn helps re-design and re-shape themselves.

He belongs to the Lambani Tribe of India and is very proud of his roots.  He connects with them at every level and is ever present to extend help / resource / network as and when the need arises.
